The season is upon us where businesses are winding down, people are ready (more like overdue) for a break and the overall focus is moving from hustle to relaxation and enjoymentat least for the next few weeks anyway.

And in the midst of all of this, I’ve noticed a bit of scarcity talk coming from fellow entrepreneurs and business owners about the lack of sales coming in during this time of year. And it can really screw with your festive spirit as well as your bank account.

It’s important not to get yourself frazzled during this time. The more you stress yourself out about it, the more you’re going to work yourself into a state that dampens your spirits and you won’t be able to create from that place.
When you set up the right systems for your business, it really doesn’t matter what time of year it is, the money will keep flowing in!

Instead, during this time it’s important we focus on what we do have, the audience we already do serve, the people who already follow us and how we can best serve them. You make the most money from people who already follow you or have already purchased from you.

So with saying that, these three suggestions below on how to keep making sales through the holiday period are for your current audience. Let’s get to it!

Create a simple sales funnel

Here I am harping on about sales funnels again, but that’s what I do! 😉 I see sooooo many entrepreneurs getting confused by the funnel debacle, like the second you start trying to put one together it becomes an algebra test or something! I swear it’s not. You could create this within a day!

Yep, it’s that simple. And the easiest way to start is by using the opt-in offers you already have. This is what I currently use at the front end of my funnels and they produce sales every single day for my business. So do you see now, sales funnels aren’t actually as complicated as you think!

Create a special offer for your product

One of the best and easiest places to make sales through the holidays is to work with what you already have. Almost every business and their dogs are running some kind of promotion for their products right now, have you thought about jumping on the bandwagon?

Perhaps you could run a special offer on your digital product, take a percentage off the price or bundle two of your products together or add a bonus like a training video, workshop or ebook.

Create a one-off video training or workshop

If creating a special offer for your current product is something you can’t do, then you could create a one-off video training or workshop that’s only available for a set amount of time (i.e for the next 3 – 10 days during the Christmas period). A good way to choose content for this training is to simplify one of your courses into a one hour video, teach the basics, the first lesson or even your best bits. You can go specific or general in your trainings and new year challenges are always a hit. You should be able to create this within a day, so script the points you want to record, use your computer webcam and film that baby!

Those are actions you can take right now to keep momentum going for your business during the holiday period. But another thing I want to note is that you do have to keep working on your money mindset as well.
