3 Powerful Steps to Manifest Anything

Today we’re talking about three powerful steps you can take to manifest the life of your dreams.

Step 1: Stop moving your energy towards your desire

Just stop please. What I mean is, this chasing energy, the grasping energy, the need to be complete and fulfilled is what keeps you in more continued chasing and grasping.

I’ve said this specifically about money, that the eternal wanting of it is the definition of suffering, but you can replace money with any other topic or any other thing that you’re trying to manifest.

The eternal wanting of love or a relationship. Is the definition of suffering.

The eternal wanting of success and recognition is the definition of suffering.

The eternal wanting of a house of material things is the definition of suffering.

Why? Because when you are constantly in this energy of longing, of yearning, of wanting, needing, missing something, you are constantly in a state of lack and it doesn’t feel good.

It doesn’t feel good to be in that energy for a prolonged amount of time.

Sure, short bursts make it even more beautiful. When you’re in the throes of the beginning of a beautiful, intimate, steamy, connected relationship, you miss the other person, which is normal and it feels good because eventually it manifests that you see them again and you get to be with them.

But it doesn’t feel so good when you’ve been in this wanting energy, this longing energy for weeks, months, years, or even decades, does it? And the problem is, a lot of us have lived in that energy for so long, we have been wanting money, wanting success, wanting love, wanting material things. We’ve wanted it for so long that we have fully trained ourselves to live in a continuous state of wanting. And that doesn’t feel good.

That’s why the first step to manifest the life of your dreams is to stop moving your energy towards your desire.

Instead, what I want you to do is pull back moving your energy towards your desires through your thoughts, through your actions, And through your feelings. Begin to nip that in the butt.

Whatever you have been saying:

“I want more money. Ah, but there’s never enough. Not enough sales are coming through in my business. People don’t seem to want to pay me. I can’t get a job that pays well. I don’t have any savings in the bank. I’m not good with money. I’m not responsible with money. I’m never going to get a house. I’m never going to be able to buy the things that I want. I’m never going to find that beautiful, intimate, connected, once in a lifetime kind of love. No one loves me. I’m not attractive. My health is so bad. My skin is awful. I don’t like my hair.”

Get out of that. Pull back from that story. Pull back from this continued talk of wanting, this continued feeling of wanting, and pull back on any actions you are taking that keep you in a state of wanting.

When you take action in the 3D, without changing anything internally, when you take action out in your physical world, without changing what’s going on within, you are taking action in a state of wanting. You’re taking action to try to get a result in order for you to stop wanting. But because you constantly perpetuate this feeling of wanting, of longing, of needing, the results that you get or, that you don’t get, keep you in that state of wanting.

You will never be satisfied with the results that you get because your dominant state is that of a person who wants, who longs, who yearns. Not a person who has. Not a person who is complete. Not a person who is fulfilled. Not a person who has it. So, pull back from all of that.

It will be hard. There’s like a deconditioning process you have to go through. When you are changing your behavior, when you’re changing your thoughts, when you’re changing your feelings. There is a process where it’s going to feel messy, it’s going to feel awkward, it’s going to feel like you’re going backwards, you’re not doing it right. Persist. Persist in the new way of being. Focus your energy back into you and into your inner world.

Step 2: Feel magnetic to everything and everyone

I want YOU to become the primary focus of your life. Focus your attention within and feel attraction coming to you from everywhere.

Embody the feeling that everyone and everything in your life is attracted to you. You are a magnet to money, to success, to health, to love, to joy and ease. And life effortlessly comes towards you. Doesn’t that sound so much better than constantly wanting and striving and trying to get what you want through your thoughts and your feelings and your behaviors?

It feels so much better, doesn’t it? When you focus your energy within, when you start to rearrange and recreate your inner experience of what’s happening, meaning that you’re changing your thoughts, feelings and actions from someone who wants, someone who is constantly focusing on the 3D world looking for it to feel better, to feel complete, to feel satisfied.

And instead you start pulling your energy in towards yourself. And who you are being. And how you feel. And what it is like as a person who now has a self-concept that she is wealthy, she is healthy, she is happy. That she has everything she wants. That life works in her favor. That everything and everyone is attracted to her.

When you switch from that old way of being, old way of looking at life and feeling constant lack, and you move into the state of everything comes to me, everything wants me, I am complete now, I am whole now, I am satisfied now, everything is finished. I don’t have to try to manifest because I am it now. It changes the results that you’re getting in the 3D.

And the most amazing thing is you didn’t have to touch the 3D. All you had to do was change who you are being within. And it changed what was happening in the 3D. So focus on being that magnetic attraction to people, to things, to events, to everything and everyone. Pull your energy back and invest your focus and time and energy into yourself. This is where all your results will come from.

Step 3: Go specific in the desires you want to manifest now

And then finally, step three for manifesting the life of your dreams is to go specific in the desires you want to manifest now. So, once you have built up your identity of being magnetic to life and everything you desire, you can start getting specific and focusing on the particular things you want at the moment.

So you can use your affirmations, you can use visualization, you can use EFT, you can use inner conversations, you can use whatever you like, whatever you prefer doing to help you. Get into that end state of having that specific desire that you want because you have already built up that identity of being magnetic.

You’ve pulled your energy back, focused within, gone within. And therefore, because you’ve done that, you’ve eliminated any unconscious chasing or grasping or wanting energy from the process, right? So you can get super specific, but when you do get specific, make sure that you’re placing yourself in the end of having your desire.

You have it now. It’s done, right? It takes you out of wanting and puts you into having, right?

  • So what does life look like now that you have your desire?
  • Who are you being now that you have your desire?
  • How does it feel within now that you have your desire?
  • How are you behaving now that you have your desire?

That is the blueprint for who you must become and what you must do and how you must think in order to have your desires. Because you have that identity, that everything comes to you, it will be easy to develop this new self concept. It will be easy to develop this new identity.

But if you don’t do that, if you don’t focus your energy within, and you constantly look to the external, to the 3D world, which is actually just a reflection of what’s going on within you, What is going to happen? It’s just going to continue that cycle of wanting until you change your energy, you change your focus, and you get specific and prove who you are being and what you are doing and how you are feeling and how you are speaking.
